Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit an RMA request for the specific hardware or digital license.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
