How do I register my new hardware and claim my included software?

To register your device, download and install the UA Connect application or UAD Software from our website. Once logged in, connect your hardware via Thunderbolt or USB, and the system will automatically guide you through the registration and plugin authorization process.

What are your shipping rates and estimated delivery times?

We offer free standard shipping on all hardware orders over $499 within the continental US. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

What is your return policy for hardware and software?

Hardware products can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original packaging. Please note that digital software licenses and plugin bundles are non-refundable once they have been activated or deposited into your iLok account.

Do I need an iLok USB smart key to use your plugins?

Most of our modern UADx (Native) plugins can be authorized via iLok Cloud without a physical dongle. However, a physical iLok USB (2nd or 3rd Generation) is still supported and may be required for certain legacy hardware configurations or offline use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and financing options through Affirm for qualifying hardware purchases. All transactions are encrypted and secured using industry-standard SSL technology.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all new Universal Audio hardware products come with a limited 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. You can extend this coverage by purchasing an optional UA Care protection plan at the time of registration.
